What We Believe
The Scriptures
We believe the Bible to be the very word of God. Supernaturally inspired, without error and perfectly preserved for the English-speaking people in the King James Version.
The Godhead
We believe in one triune God, existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Each co-eternal in being, co-identiacla in nature, co-equal in power and glory.
Salvation
We believe salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace through faith in the finished work of Christ.
Jesus
We believe the Lord Jesus to be the eternal Son of God. Having become man without ceasing to be God. Born of a virgin to reveal God and to redeem sinful men. We hold to the truth Jesus was entirely sinless. He secured our salvation by death on the cross as a representative, vicarious, substitunary sacrifice. Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb, three days later he arose bodily, and now lives to make
intercession for us
Creation
We believe the Genesis account of creation is neither allegory nor myth, but the literal, historical account of God’s creation of the universe in six literal, 24 hour periods.
Eternal Security
We believe once a person is saved They are kept by the power of God.
Separation
We believe that believers should maintain a godly testimony and live in such a way that their lives do not bring reproach upon their Savior.
The Church
We believe the local church, is made up of born again believers. We believe in the autonomy of the local church is free from any external authority and/or control.
